Gwen’s Villa provides safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals transitioning from incarceration, those experiencing homelessness or displacement, and seniors who are able to live independently and manage their own personal care. We believe that successful reentry begins with dignity, structure, and support, and we are dedicated to fostering a space where residents can rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.
WELCOME TO GWEN'S VILLA
Gwen’s Villa was founded with a deep commitment to service, healing, and community restoration. The owner and operator is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of professional experience, bringing a strong background in care coordination, advocacy, and community-based support. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals and families facing life transitions, challenges, and the need for stability and guidance.
For several years, Mary has been actively engaged within the local community, building and maintaining trusted relationships with service providers, social support agencies, healthcare professionals, and reentry resources. These long-standing connections allow Gwen’s Villa to serve not only as housing, but as a bridge to essential services that support long-term success.
Gwen’s Villa was created to provide a structured, respectful, and supportive living environment for individuals reacclimating to society. With a foundation rooted in experience, compassion, and accountability, we are dedicated to helping residents move forward with dignity, purpose, and access to meaningful opportunities for growth and independence.

We are committed to empowering our tenants through structured support and access to essential resources, including assistance with employment readiness, obtaining proper identification, securing government assistance, and applying for Social Security benefits when eligible. Our approach focuses on accountability, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
Through guidance, community partnerships, and a stable living environment, Gwen’s Villa aims to equip residents with the tools and resources necessary to achieve independence, financial stability, and a sustained quality of life within the broader community.

Here at Gwen’s Villa, we believe every individual deserves to be seen, heard, supported and most of all reminded that their lives still holds purpose. Grace makes new beginnings possible. Gwen’s Villa is not just an independent housing program, we are a family. Here individuals will build relationships with their peers through weekly house weekly house meetings, everyday living together, sharing house responsibilities, holding each other accountable. After all we are a village, meaning a close knit community.
